Weekly update 4.5.20

Dear Parents,

It is Monday again!

Work for the week will be posted this morning on the school website under “Class pages”. If you are having any difficulties accessing work, please email the class teacher or contact the school. We are trying to cover the school office from 9.00am-3.30pm. Please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Class teachers and the leadership team have been contacting all families on a regular basis. If you are reading this email and have not picked up a phone call from the school, please do email the school to let us know how you are doing. We are making home visits to parents who are not responding.

I do hope all is well with you and your family. Please do take a moment to click on the link below.

Collective Worship

The song on the link below is a blessing taken from the Bible in the book of Numbers 6 v 24-26.

Moses spoke this blessing over the children of Israel when they were on their journey to the Promised Land.

The Lord bless you
    and keep you;
25 the Lord make his face shine on you
    and be gracious to you;
26 the Lord turn his face toward you
    and give you peace.

It would be good if we all take time today to bless those around us. It may be something we do or say that just lets someone know that we care for them and that God cares for them too.

A blessing brings, hope, joy and peace.

A group of people wrote this song in March, this year. Since then it has gone around the world. There are now many people singing it and posting it on YouTube to bless others.

This week, as part of your collective worship, read a Psalm a day and maybe take a verse and make it into your own song of praise or blessing!
